Is HoABL part of the Lodha Group?
No. The House of Abhinandan Lodha (HoABL) is a separate company founded in 2020 by Abhinandan Lodha. Lodha Developers Limited (renamed from Macrotech Developers in June 2025) is a different, listed company led by his elder brother, Abhishek Lodha. The two settled a dispute over the "Lodha" name through court-ordered mediation in April 2025.

What was the Lodha name dispute about?
In January 2025 Macrotech Developers sued HoABL in the Bombay High Court over use of the "Lodha" name, seeking ₹5,000 crore in damages. The court suggested mediation, and on 14 April 2025 both sides announced the dispute was settled. Abhinandan Lodha accepted that he has no right to use "Lodha" or "Lodha Group" as a trademark, name or domain used by Lodha Developers.
After the settlement, Lodha Ventures was renamed Abhinandan Ventures, and Macrotech Developers became Lodha Developers Limited on 16 June 2025. HoABL continues to trade as The House of Abhinandan Lodha.
What has HoABL built?
HoABL focuses on branded land in leisure and growth locations. Projects include sites in Alibaug, Anjarle, Dapoli, Khopoli, Neral and Nagpur in Maharashtra, plus Goa, Ayodhya, Vrindavan, Amritsar and Shimla. In November 2025 the company said it had sold about 13 million sq ft of developed land with about 30 million sq ft under development. It says Imperial Goa and Isle of Bliss (Dapoli) were delivered ahead of their committed timelines.
What does this mean for a Nagpur Marina buyer?
Judge Nagpur Marina on HoABL's own record and the project's MahaRERA file, not on the Lodha Group's. The project is registered as PP1190002502095 with HOABL Impactum Land Pvt. Ltd. as promoter. MahaRERA lists completion by 30 April 2029, and in August 2026 HoABL said it is targeting delivery by December 2028.
