Who we are
This site is operated by CyberCore, a MahaRERA-registered real estate agent (A031262600006), Jaiprakash Nagar Square, Nagpur. We are the data fiduciary for enquiries made here. It is not the website of The House of Abhinandan Lodha.
What we collect
- What you type in the form: name, phone/WhatsApp number, where you are buying from, budget and what you'd like.
- Technical data: pages visited, device and browser, and campaign parameters (such as utm tags), through Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel.
Why
- To reply about HoABL Nagpur Marina by WhatsApp or call, and arrange visits.
- To share your enquiry with the developer where needed to register and complete your booking.
- To measure which pages and ads work, and to improve them.
Consent and your rights
By submitting the form you consent to be contacted about this project. You can withdraw consent, ask for a copy of your data, correct it or ask us to erase it at any time by messaging "STOP" or "DELETE" on WhatsApp to +91 92723 37812. We act promptly, and within 30 days at most.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell your data. We share it only with the developer (for your booking), and with service providers who process it only on our behalf: Google Analytics, the Meta Pixel and Conversions API (phone numbers sent to Meta are hashed), our lead tools (n8n, Interakt, email) and, as a backup notification route, FormSubmit. We keep enquiry data for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless the law requires longer.
Security
Data travels over HTTPS and is stored in access-controlled systems.
Grievances
Message our grievance officer on WhatsApp at +91 92723 37812. If unresolved, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.
