What does a MahaRERA project page tell you?
A MahaRERA project page is the official record of a real estate project in Maharashtra. It shows who the promoter is, what land and approvals the project has, the completion date the promoter has committed to, the project bank account, any lender charges, and any litigation or complaints. Reading it takes ten minutes and answers most trust questions.
1. Registration and status
Look for the registration number, date and status. Nagpur Marina: PP1190002502095, registered 16 January 2026, Active, type Plotted.
2. Completion dates
There is an original and sometimes a revised proposed completion date. Nagpur Marina's moved from 31 December 2030 to 30 April 2029, earlier. A date pushed later is worth asking about.
3. Land and approvals
Check the survey or khasra number, village, planning authority and approved area. Nagpur Marina: Kh. No. 100, Mouza Mondha, Hingna; NMRDA; 318,600 sq m approved layout; 918 NA plots with permission issued for all of them. NA and commencement orders dated 21 November 2025 and 14 January 2026.
4. Promoter details
The promoter is the legal company you contract with, which may differ from the brand name. Here it is HOABL Impactum Land Private Limited (CIN U70109MH2022PTC374991), with directors listed.
5. Bank account
RERA requires collections to go to designated accounts. Nagpur Marina lists HDFC Bank designated collection, separate and transaction accounts. Pay only into the account named in your allotment documents.
6. Financial encumbrance
"Yes" means the land is charged to a lender. For Nagpur Marina, charges are in favour of HDFC Capital Affordable Real Estate Fund-3 (trustee Vistra ITCL). Project finance is normal; ask how your plot gets released at sale deed stage.
7. Litigation, complaints and appeals
Litigation shows court cases about the project; complaints are cases buyers file at MahaRERA. Nagpur Marina lists no litigation, three complaints (April, June and July 2026) and no appeals. Open each complaint's status on the portal.
8. Documents
