New Nagpur is a planned business district in Hingna taluka, south-west of the city, built around an International Business and Finance Centre (IBFC). It covers about 692 hectares (about 1,710 acres) at Mouza Godhni (Rithi) and Mouza Ladgaon (Rithi). NMRDA is implementing it, with NBCC as project consultant, and the state approved ₹6,500 crore for land and phase one in September 2025.

If it is built as planned, New Nagpur would add offices, finance and corporate jobs to the south-west, the same side as Hingna MIDC, the Samruddhi Mahamarg start and the Outer Ring Road.
